STUFFED MEATBALLS RECIPE

Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs











Fixings:

500g ground meat

200 g of mozzarella cut into solid shapes

1/2 cup (tea) of string flour

1 tablespoon (soup) of wheat flour

1 sachet of onion soup

1 egg

1 spoon (soup) of green smell

1/2 cup (tea) of olive oil

2 garlic cloves minced

1 cleaved onion

1 container of pureed tomatoes

1 cup (tea) of water

Salt and pepper of the realm to taste

oil for broiling


Readiness:

In a bowl, blend the meat in with the string flour, the onion soup, Wheat flour, egg, green smell, season with salt, pepper of the realm.

What's more, blend to frame a homogeneous mass. Model little balls with the cubed mozzarella in the middle and put away.

Heat the oil for broiling, and sear the meatballs, just to make a shell and not let the

Mozzarella inside. In a pot, add the olive oil to the onion and garlic and sear until brilliant brown.

Add the sauce, water, salt, pepper and hold on to heat to the point of boiling. Add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes. Bon craving.
