Fixings:


One entire top of a cow


(without skin)


15 l of water


60 ml of salt


Directions:


Put a major dark pot on an open fire and pour in water.

Carry water to edge of boiling over and add salt.

Place the cow head in the pot and close the pot with a cover.

Cook for oneself and a half to two hours - contingent upon the age of the cow and the size of the head.

At the point when the meat is delicate yet firm, lift the head out of the pot and dish it in the broiler or on an open fire until the outside is brilliant brown.

Serve on a major wooden plate. (Try not to overcook)

Cut the meat into pieces and serve.
